1. In-depth assistance to the local community to ensure comprehensive recovery of a focused area
2. Programme development and management
3. Source needed funds for all the relief and reconstruction for the victims
4. Project design and management, including financial control and oversight
5. Human resource recruitment, training and management
6. Logistics, transportation, storage and distribution of personnel and materials to affected areas
7. Materials sourcing and management
8. Partnership with various public, private, national and international organizations, companies, UN, INGOs, NGOs, entities and individuals willing to assist with the recovery project
9. Communication with local authorities and community, donors, co-operative organisations and other partners in the recovery project
